Trump's Mean and Stupid America

Commies love creating chaos, and they promote violence by using proxies, like flooding the country with illegal aliens, then whining about the results of the stresses they deliberately created in the legal population. It's an old game, and why they need to be deported along with their illegal alien criminal hirelings. Your ilk are just scum, and your fake 'empathy for the oppressed n stuff' is so shallow and phony you couldn't get a part in a 1st grade school play.

It's more the school indoctrination that started with W., maybe even Clinton.

It started in the 1960's and 1970's, when the radicals used AA to take over entire city school systems, like in NYC; they fired the teachers that had made NYC public schools and un'is the envy of the world, i.e, mostly Jews of course, a definite case of liberal Jews shooting themselves in the head with their support of quotas and AA. Patrick Moynihan warned them about it, but his reward was to be labeled a racist by his own Party, lol.

IF you're interested in how and where that crap went awry you should read Hugh Davis Graham's The Civil Rights Era; its probably the best history of how the bureaucrats and left wingers fucked it all up, and on purpose, and not just in NYC but all over the country.

He had a green card. He is a veteran. He could have easily applied to become a citizen. Why didn't he? He had plenty of time. He could have even done it while on active duty.

Seems to me this is the Left making a mountain out of a mole hill.
Seems to me you are ignoring a huge problem, one among many. Trump is blowing through barriers and understandings that kept us at least trying to be fair and honest. Trump does not care. He is jailing people by the truckload to maintain some levels, that they set themselves. This is after 5 months in office. The gardener had 3 sons who served in the military. Trump does not care. He is an old man, a threat to nobody, working hard to make a living, and you blame him. This is shameful, or it was in the past. Trump is going to normalize brutality and breaking laws. You will make weak ass excuses.

Fair and honest? Our immigration laws, that far predate Trump, are pretty clear. If you have a criminal record, you can't become a citizen with only a few exceptions. A green card doesn't make you a citizen. Service in the military is not some panacea that grants citizenship, you still have to apply. This guy didn't and did commit several crimes for which he was tried and convicted.

He's deporting mainly those with criminal records and standing orders of deportation. What's the problem?

And? So?

What's this, an appeal to pity? The guy is not a US citizen. He has a criminal record. Military service doesn't change that. He was and is deportable. He got deported. It is YOU that is making weak ass excuses.

Well over 80 percent of those he has taken have NO criminal records. However, if even they did, they should be allowed to defend themselves in court. Deportation is a terrible penalty. The jailing and abuse that Trump loves is cruel. They are being thrown into prisions in a country they have never been to and you are fine with that. You are as cruel as Trump.

That's pure bullshit.

It is actually about 60%, maybe 2 out of 3, that are criminals with the remainer having no criminal record.

If someone who is a CONVICTED criminal with an order of deportation against them, then they have no right to any sort of hearing, they've already had that and been adjudicated as removable. That person can be picked up, arrested, detained, and deported all in the same day.

Those illegally here that don't have that order or deportation should be able to get a hearing. Once ordered deported, off they go.

If they have to be deported to a third nation because their own won't take them, they sign a waver allowing that to happen. The alternative is they could be jailed in the US indefinitely until they can be deported. That's legal and it has been that way long before Trump took office.

If you are in the US illegally, you are a criminal by definition. If you have gotten false ID, are working on a social security number that's not yours, have a job when you legally cannot, or any of dozens of other crimes, you are also a criminal. You should be deported ASAP!

Over 80 percent of those Trump is picking off the streets have no criminal records. They have no opportunity to show that in court. This is the America you want. Trumpys think it cannot happen to them. The trick is to take the rights away from people who are looked down on. Then slide the meter up. They are setting precedents to use the same tactics on the next group and then the next after that. The rights Trump is taking away from those people are your rights.

I just demonstrated to you it's less than one in three, or about 30%. The other 70% have criminal records and many have already got orders of deportation against them (eg., they got their "due process"). Either way, if they are in the US illegally they should be arrested and deported.

Trump isn't taking anyone's rights away, and I have no sympathy for criminals.
