no - 20% enrichment was reached after the deal was cancelled. 60% was after the Israel strike of their facilities
It is not "way below" nuclear standards. 80% was how far we enriched for the bomb that hit Hiroshima.
Anyway I'd be far more worried about their plants that create plutonium as a byproduct, plutonium doesn't need to be enriched and can be chemically separated. It also makes bigger booms...
