A 'jury' that has already made up it's mind before a trial even starts is not a jury, just as a 'judge' that has already made his mind before the trial starts is not a judge.

The 'judge' of this kangaroo court has broken the law and tainted the 'jury' as well as exceeded any authority he ever had. If Trump wanted to, he could order the judge removed from office and successfully sue him under the laws of the State of New York.

Of course, New York is not currently a State of the Union. I call it the SOTNY now (Socialist Oligarchy of the Territory of New York). That government no longer recognizes the Constitution of the United States nor the Constitution of the State of New York. It's current form of government is oligarchy.

Rather explains why people are fleeing New York, doesn't it?

Good point...How many times do people lie to get out of jury duty? How many people lied to be a part of this trial?

Once again, you have gotten many things wrong.

It was a state issue, but two states disagreed, making it a federal issue. She won the appeal issue in the Supreme Court, but lost the case anyway, because Texas hated her personally. It was a miscarriage of justice, that was allowed to stand.

Poor Dick thinks he's the reincarnation of Benjamin Franklin. It's truly incredible that there are two major wars in progress yet he and others like Phanny are much more concerned about this case, that's just goes to show how much they despise Trump.

Ain't that the truth? Remember back when the ACA was being formulated? $arah Palin and other Republikkkans screamed bloody murder about "death panels" and "don't want politicians making our health care decisions." Yet yesterday SCOTUS upheld Tennessee's ban on gender affirming care for teens, taking health care decisions away from them and their parents.

They're only for state's rights when the state is busy oppressing people they don't like.
