They came in a multiple ports of entry. People don't stand in line, waiting their turn to sneak across the border.
The process is that the asylum seeker comes to a PoE, they "illegally" cross the border and are detained by a CBP agent and they request asylum.
The CBP agent then screens them and decides to either a) send them back across the border or b) release them into the US to have their asylum case heard in court.
All your blathering changes nothing about that established process.
