Yea, that's what I expected.
From your link:
...three children who are U.S. citizens— aged 2, 4 and 7— were removed to Honduras along with their undocumented mothers, according to attorneys and court records. One child, a 4-year-old boy with Stage 4 cancer, was sent without medication or access to his doctors.
...a 10-year-old girl from Texas was detained on Feb. 3 with her family
So, what would you have the government do:
Separate the legal citizen child from their family and deport the criminal, illegal alien, parents putting the child in a foster home or orphanage?
or
Deport the family, including the US citizen child, who can on reaching age of majority (aka turning 18) can return to the US as a citizen, keeping the family together?
So, which do you prefer? Or, is it that you want to reward the criminal parents for their crime(s) by letting them stay in the US with their US citizen child?
The article goes on to cite a number of cases of mistaken arrests where a US citizen was later, often within a day or two, released when things were straightened out. Those don't count as the persons involved weren't deported. Mistaken arrests happen, and not just for illegal immigration. That's just human nature to make mistakes sometimes.
It's not like these vermin will step up and sponsor any of these illegals they claim they care about. there are at least 10 Democrats for every illegal, so where are they? Pretty hypocritical.
