So, you are saying the US Army can't competently manage a parade? After all, Trump isn't going to be the one out there drilling the troops or planning things to the last detail.
I’m saying they can do it better, for this situation they chose not to do so.
No one expected perfect North Korean marching, because perfect North Korean marching takes a year of non stop training for one march...
But any modern soldier in a first world country can march better than they did. It is one of the first things you learn. The more I see the parade, the more sure I am that they are protesting, or at least do not care to do a good job. Soldiers usually respect the Office Of President enough to march at their best ability, but apparently not with trump.
