Should ICE leave illegal agricultural and hospitality workers alone?

No fuck tits, you are going to pick the crops and welcome people to waffle house.
Are you going to research CRISPR gene editing?

You are all for deporting highly educated, legal immigrants, but are unwilling, and unable to do their jobs. Meanwhile, we could have you pick crops, or welcome people to the Waffle House.

Since you have experience with UberEats, you could be a greeter, Never Right Walter.

Padilla is a MIT educated mechanical engineer.

Noem flunked out of college. She is not bright. She later bullied the college into giving her a degree.
The last I saw of that pendejo…he was on the floor being handcuffed, Never Right Walter.

Link that she bullied the college, Never Right Walter, otherwise you are lying.

Since you have experience with UberEats, you could be a greeter,
I have no experience working for UberEats. I had a lot of experience as a bouncer, but I have a better paying job, so I stick with that.

I did continue to be a part time bouncer, long after it made financial sense. It is just the way I was raised, if someone calls you up and offers you a shift, if you can make it, you go.

Actually, being a bouncer and a greeter are similar in some ways... Hmmm.... Poor Earl, whatever else, he has no sense of humor.

Noem: if he had asked for a meeting, I would’ve taken it.

The pendejo wanted a TV moment…he got it, on the floor, handcuffed.

Sure I have a sense of humor.

You posted that you worked for UberEats and was going to work at 5PM…on a Sunday afternoon.

Too funny.

No, I never did. I work in fintech. I used to say I worked in finance, but now I say I work in fintech. It is because I am no longer technically directly employed in finance.

I certainly did not say I worked at 5:00pm. At 5:00pm everything is crazy, and I would not be permitted to test software. I cannot test software until after 6:30pm.

Webster defines arrest as...
"the taking or detaining in custody by authority of law
The investigation led to his arrest.

2
a
: the act of stopping
b
: the condition of being stopped or inactive"

Let's see what CA attorneys have to say about it, here they tell you the difference between arrest and detention. I shouldn't have to tell attorneys to talk to attorneys.

Detention vs. Arrest in California Law

The distinction between detention and arrest often comes down to the level of evidence law enforcement has and the level of control imposed on the individual. Remember the following key elements:

  • Detention is a temporary stop based on suspicions.
  • Arrest is a formal deprivation of liberty based on probable cause.
California law plays a crucial role in tightly regulating both detention and arrest, serving as a safeguard against potential abuse of police authority. This should reassure you that there are legal protections in place to ensure fair treatment, providing a sense of security and reassurance.
