If you think it's an illegal order and disobey, you better be able to defend it.

I have not...so you are claiming they ordered the cadets to be happy and enthusiastic? That was some MASSIVE orders...lol
I guess Camp commanders don't have modern devices like load speakers that go all over their base, and into mess halls and barracks and be able to give an order to ALL the people under his command and all at once.
