At that point, there is a legitimate issue, I will give you that. Until then who cares, respect their wishes.

Even in that case, a private company generally has the right to make their own rules on that issue.

Listen carefully if you want me to call you a kumquat I'll call you a kumquat. I don't care. But when you demand that i believe you are actually a kumquat then that respect shit goes out the window.

A private company also shouldn't be required to be smoke free or handicapped accessible. If it wants to serve only whites or blacks or muzzies it's not the govts business to police that.

Agreed, but I believe the petty grievances against 'liberals" was simply part of the "Us vs. Them" strategy of demonizing the opposition. Divide and conquer. Their primary goal is a White Nationalist authoritarian government. This makes each and every one of them an enemy of the Constitution.
