Trump says we have been cheated by trading partners for many decades. We are the wealthiest and strongest country on the globe through that time. That is not very good cheating, is it? We exploited their laborers to build our stuff and evaded environmental regulations. They have been plundered and made filthy by our manufacturers. Yet Trump says they were cheating us.

One of the highlights of the Trump/Clinton debate for me was when Hillary pointed out that despite his years of whining about "Chy-nah is eating our lunch", he had NO PROBLEM using Chinese steel to build one of his properties. Trump sneered, "So pass a law so I can't do that!"

When I heard that, I thought "He just told all his followers that he doesn't give a damn about them."

Yet the dummies voted for him ..... TWICE now.

You seem to be of the impression that Trump is what stands between Putin using his nukes or not. I find that unlikely given that Putin is a leader who is uniquely disinterested in what others think. Murder is de rigueur for him so clearly he isn't in "need of a friend" since he doesn't appear to have a human soul.

Trump is a little mouse playing before this ravenous lion and he thinks he's "taming the lion". I'm not saying Putin is STRONGER than the US but he's stronger than our president.
