Obviously you and I agree he should never have run a second time. For me, it was mainly a matter of integrity; he said he wouldn't and then he did. That's dishonest, but if he was demented, that would explain it. LOL

Barely audible incoherent whispering.
Others saw it too.
And it was obvious it got worse the few times we saw him in public.
Fully? We’ll never know for sure but he was well on his way back then.

Another reason to never vote for a President over 65 and/or require all top elected national officials to submit to a full mental and physical test prior to election and random drug/alcohol tests.

It's not like Democrats would care if they elected some insane dufus; they nominated, Hillary, Obama, Biden, and Kamala, after all, so it's not like he would lose any votes from his Party. He remained in office after being declared mentally incompetent by a Democrat judge, did he not?

trump has obviously lost his mind. It is questionable how much he ever had his mind. The problem is the clown car he has a cabinet will never remove him, and there will always be enough members of the party of trump in the Senate to block his conviction.

If it gets really bad, I still hold out hope that some of the party of trump Senators might just not show up to vote. That would make conviction possible. I would not usually want Vance to be President, but anything is better than trump.
