So, "anonymous officials" are supposedly saying it'll cost this much and then in a game like "Telephone" the number is repeated in additional pieces on various media and sites as if it were gospel truth. There are several B-17's flying that give people rides, and those don't run millions per flight, but rather thousands.

I call bullshit on those numbers. I don't know what the actual cost will be, but it won't be $45 to $90 million.
