Why draw the line at Sexual Content which is not appropriate for Kids?

Why should restrictions only be applied to Kids?

If we are going down the road of restricting access to media which at least a portion of society says is unhealthy for a certain audience...

Many radical-greens in America feel that the Internal Combustion Engine will doom the earth, so why not also ban watching NASCAR racing for Adults?

Many Progressives feel that Nobody should own a gun, so why not ban any Gun Related Content for Both Adults and Kids?

Many American Atheists feel that all religious beliefs are illogical and destructive, so why not ban all Content discussing or practicing Religious Rituals?

Don't the Atheists have a "Right" to ban Religion from other Americans?

I personally believe that Humans should ONLY eat meat, and any human who consumes any form of Fruit, Vegetable, or Nut, is committing an unforgivable sin. We should immediately ban any content about food which is not MEAT!

No. It is anything but simple. On what legal foundation should the Government restrict speech?

Who gets to decide what things should be banned, and what should not be?

Why should age be a parameter which allows restriction of speech? At what Age? Should "Porn" be legal for those who have reach 16 years old, or should the ban continue to those under age 30?

If Sexual Content can be regulated, should it include a complete ban of all Homosexual Content, regardless of Age? Many Americans would agree that banning all sex that is LGBTQ+ would be a good thing!

I personally want to see all those Fruit Eaters severely punished! Poor Apple Trees! Having their children eaten alive by Barbarians! Humans should ONLY eat meat!

On what authority in the Constitution, is banning or any form of media content regulation based?!

I never said that. Don't put your words in my mouth.

I said the issue was complex, and will be difficult to justify within the limits of the Constitution.

I also said that Fruit-Eaters should be restricted and punished. How can you listen to the screams from an innocent apple, when some Barbarian Fruit-Eater bites into their living flesh, without being moved to mercy for Fruit?

If we gather petition signatures from 100Million Americans, can we finally get Fruit-Eating Banned?

Certainly we can all agree to ban any form of Homosexual Sex Porn! I mean, it is obviously un-natural, and does not have any chance of producing offspring!

Is it just percentages of support that counts. If 51% of Americans want all Porn Banned, is that enough to cut off the 49% who want porn?

If 54% of Americans want Homosexual Porn Banned, but only 48% of Americans want Heterosexual Porn Banned, do we just Ban Homo-Porn?

Who Tallies up the Percentages? Do minors under age 18 get a vote? Do people over age 50 get a vote? Why? They're no longer of breeding age, why should a 62 year old get to vote on Porn?
