Seriously, I have a lot of respect for you. So let's try and keep that and actually debate the issue. Why not just serve a warrant properly?

It appears that this one was.
It's just after the fact, everyone decided to jump on the band wagon; because it feels good.

The Police went in on the information they had, this WARRANT had to be started with a State Attny, and a Judge had to sign off on it.

It just seems that since the information was incorrect, that makes the Police bad.

How are you going to react if someone does something to your family, the Police get a tip on where the suspect is, and after the fact it's discovered that the info was wrong.

Are you now going to blame the Police; because the info was bad??
