"Celebrated" is like the Left's use of "Historic." Celebrated means a nobody of no significance elevated to martyr status because Trump was mean to them. Historic means an event of no significance elevated to prominence because the Left's got nothing else to use at the moment.

Little more than a dozen... 14 to be exact. On average each served about 15 years in the position. Hayden was the first female and first Black to hold the position. All her predecessors were White men. Obama chose her mostly on the basis of gender and race with everything else being secondary.
She's been in the position for 9 years (appointed 2016).
I can't speak to why she was fired, but I bet that'll come out in the near future, and it likely won't be pretty...
