Today, as a bus of detainees was entering the security gate of Delaney Hall Detention Center, a group of protestors, including two members of US Congress, stormed the gate and broke into the detention facility. The allegations by Newark politicians that Delaney does not have the proper permitting is false.

It's interesting how the video shows the claim to be a lie. They do not break into the facility. They are clearly outside the fence when they are detained.

Are they to you? You said nothing as Biden let these and millions of others into the US ignoring immigration and federal law at the time. Now, when Trump wants to deport these same criminals, you speak up about "due process" and their legal rights. Where were you berating Biden for not following due process and ensuring the legal rights of US citizens and the US government were upheld when he let these thugs and miscreants in?
Politicians have the right to visit a detention facility. Well, they did until Trump got in power, and the Project 2025ers make the rules now.
