The far left loons have no problem calling people un-Christian but how Christian is it to open a border to allow violent illegal gang members to assault, rape, and murder Americans. Or to allow fentanyl to kill our citizens, many of whom are young people?
They have no problem supporting the sexual mutilation of children or the murder of the unborn children.

Hours after the deportation, U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty, a Trump appointee, issued an order expressing his concern that the girl had been deported against her father’s wishes while stressing it is “illegal and unconstitutional” to deport U.S. citizens.
“The government contends that this is all OK because the mother wishes that the child be deported with her,” wrote Doughty, who has been lauded for his conservative rulings in the past. “But the court doesn’t know that.”
It turns out the government has no evidence that the mother wanted the child with her. Why don't they have a document signed by the parents stating that was their wish if it really was their wish? It seems you are delusional and believe things for which there are no facts.
Expedited deportation…it is the law and follows due process.
Of course the far left loons care zero, zip, nada about due process.
They care about the vegetable’s open borders and preventing even one illegal from being deported.
The “resettling of America” scheme has failed.
If you skipped due process on the way in you can skip it on the way out.

If the father wants the kid to stay here and the mother is OK with it fine let her stay but if the mother wants the child with her then a judge should decide which is best for the child.

Well the father is the one who dropped them off .. Why didn't children stay with their father Instead of going into the meeting? More questions......is he their father on the birth certificate? They referred to him as the mother's partner... And is he in the country legally?

Except the child was deported before any of that information could be ascertained. ICE rushed the deportation before any court could hold a hearing. It is this lack of due process that is the problem.
