I'd love to see the inside of their / her apartment or wherever they live. My bet is there's gang graffiti on the walls. More subtle and not in your face sorts but there, like a calligraphy-like inscription or two, that sort of thing. I've seen that with gangster apartments, particularly ones where women associated with the gang live. It's a sort of protection against the gang for them. Shows they're loyal without being tatted up.
