Which is the a-typical attitude of a lot of people when dealing with the issue of illegal aliens. Bravo's subject title reflects the PMP attitude....which is one of the major reasons why getting a rational debate on the issue is so difficult.

They became criminals when they crossed the boarder. Then add fraudulent use of birth certificates, driver's licenses, etc. Yes, they are criminals.

A criminal is someone who committed a crime.

You may not like it, WM, but if someone commits a crime they are (by definition) a criminal.

Perhaps you would prefer to be able to pick and choose which laws you can break and not be a criminal. But the statement that illegal aliens are not criminals is ridiculous.
