Faced with an almost certain imminent appeal of his rulings before the Court of Appeals, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg has started dissembling to try and explain, while narrowing down to the maximum extent, his rulings to date. It appears he knows he's going to get ass fucked by the appeals court so he's started doing maximum CYA to avoid that.
