Federal judges are headed into a constitutional crisis

On top of the federal judge that is demanding a stop to deportation of cartel members, gangsters, and terrorists, now another radical Leftist judge in Baltimore is demanding Trump rehire, restaff, and start all functions of USAID back up claiming his actions were "unconstitutional"--without citation to anything in the constitution of course...

Your turn to the Dark Side is complete, Terry. You are clearly an anti-constitutionalist who believes only the Executive branch should rule and both the Judicial and Legislative branches are further down the tree.

The courts are attempting a Presidential coup

What the judge is asking for is evidence of these claims. For all we know these deporties are law abiding US citizens.
What business is it of the judge's? What's ICE and CBP for if not to determine the legal status of someone in the US? Since when did that become a judge's job? Immigration courts are administrative, not judicial, and they normally decide that.

What should be obvious is this judge is ruling on the basis of politics, not the law.

Indeed he does not have jurisdiction.
