Roberts Rebukes Trump on Impeachment of Judges

When did Roberts come a Democrat? He's always been a conservative.
He isn't. He's a Supreme Court Justice who has fallen in love with the idea that Justices exist to rewrite laws when they are not constitutional, as shown to us by his rewriting Obamacare in his "ruling".

So, Roberts is wrong anytime he disagrees with Trump.

No. He is wrong any time he rewrites law.

In this case he is simply giving an opinion, he isn't wrong at all. He simply has no power to do anything about it if Trump somehow successfully gets 2/3 of the Senate to vote to impeach a judge. If he can do that, the judge is impeached regardless of why the impeachment charges were brought by the House.
