I've asked this of some folks from there, and they said they probably do. They are raised to believe that Kim Jong Un never urinates or defecates... If they can believe that, they can believe anything.
 
I notice that the vast majority of the images are not even in the United States. Look at the posters behind the folks in the "subway" for instance...

It is a North Korean propaganda film, but it was bought by a parody maker, who added the words. North Koreans would not think people drank coffee. North Koreans do not know what a European city would look like, so would not say it is in disguise.

The real propaganda claims that Romania lives in poverty, even though they have foreign companies, and capitalism taking over. It shows real footage of Romania, and brings up real issues about Romania. That being said, Romania is doing better than North Korea, and many Romanians are doing better than what they show. It is not openly lying, but is shading the truth.
