I don't want that. However, Musk as a person running a small agency of the federal government whose job it is to eliminate fraud, waste, and abuse seems to be perfectly reasonable as he is doing just that--and there's a shit ton of fraud, waste, and abuse to be found.
In court, Musk's lawyers claims he is not running the agency. Is Musk having his lawyers commit a fraud upon the court?

Don't know, really don't care. I have noted that roughly 90% of the judges fighting Trump and DOGE are Obama or Biden appointees, Democrats by voter registration, and doing what they're doing without much, if any, legal reasoning behind their edicts.
You made that percentage up and it is not true. The judges are lifetime appointed and rule according to the law. Trump loses, because he has no case, actually insulting the law and Constitution. Trump is losing in court to left and right judges. But they were appointed by Repub and Dem presidents.
