LOL I think it's simply more of Pedo Don's flip-flopping.

How many of his cabinet members said they'd resign if not allowed to do their jobs? IMO, this is more about face-saving for the cabinet members than about them actually having control of their departments.

Note that Trump stated that if the cabinet members didn't make the Musk required cuts that Musk would do it himself.

I saw an interview where a member of Canadian Parliament was discussing how they have set a direction of significantly changing their relationship with United States and strengthening their relationship with Mexico, Australia, and Great Britain.
