Birth Right Citizenship Will It Finally End?

Correct. Well-copied.

Correct. "Free Pass" isn't mentioned anywhere in the Constitution.

However, what does the 14th Amendment say about those born in the US and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, irrespective of who their parents are and irrespective of any crimes committed by other people?

Let's get off your totally irrelevant tanget about crimes committed by other people and get back to the child born in the US who has not committed any crime. Is the child born in the US somehow not born in the US? What does the 14th Amendment read?

Legal writer Edward Erler, in his 2015 Claremont Review piece, gets it wrong. The Founders didn't write the 14th Amendment and Erler doesn't get to say what the 14th Amendment "never intended".

... was not even involved in the adoption of the 14th Amendment.

The correct answer is that the executive order is unconstitutional because it violates the Constitution. There is no "pressure" involved.
Dude, I got your opinion about a hundred comments ago. This last comment of mine, I told anyone that can read that I was just tapping my fingers to get out my thoughts. I guess it was a bit between the lines, but the point was, go ahead a say my opinion sucks or maybe you agree, but don't expect another round of the same shit. You didn't quite get it, that's ok, this is hopefully clearer.

Unless you're actually a dumbass you know that there are those far more qualified and studied and accomplished people out there that have essentially the same takes as you or I.

We'll just have to see what happens. Can you handle that?

Now, here comes the sanctimonious bullshit about what I clearly don't understand and what you so clearly do. LOL Can't wait, try to mix it up this time for a little variety.

It does not violate any part of the Constitution.

Your word games won't work. RQAA

Correct. Indians not taxed were not subject to US jurisdiction. That condition no longer exists. Per 1898 Supreme Court precedent (Wong Kim Ark) all children born in the US, regardless of the status of the parents, are US citizens, unless diplomatic jurisdiction is involved.
Contextomy fallacy. Compositional error fallacy.

You should have known the difference between the Constitution and my opinion a hundred comments ago.

This last comment of mine, I told anyone that can read that I was just tapping my fingers to get out my thoughts.
You "got out" a few egregious errors. I'm happy to help.

I guess it was a bit between the lines, but the point was, go ahead a say my opinion sucks or maybe you agree, but don't expect another round of the same shit.
I don't know if anyone has ever pulled you aside and mentioned that the Constitution doesn't really change all that often. As such, you can only get the same "shit" for a response as the Constitution remains exactly the same.

You decided to repeat another round of the same shit that the clause "and subject to it's jurisdiction" means that one's status is somehow determined by other people and that one can somehow be punished for crimes committed by other people.

It doesn't seem to matter how many times you are told that your sick fantasy is absurd, you keep repeating the same shit.

Unless you're actually a dumbass you know that there are those far more qualified and studied and accomplished people out there that have essentially the same takes as you or I.
Nope. There aren't any more qualified than I.

We'll just have to see what happens. Can you handle that?
That we will.

LOL Can't wait, try to mix it up this time for a little variety.
The Constitution still hasn't changed.

I called that one. LOL

The illegal parents can be deported and if they choose to leave the US without their child, so be it.
Exactly. If they choose then put the whole family on a jet home if they don't choose to put the kids in orphanages subject to adoption.

How has birthright in the Constitution impacted any of your Trumpys lives? You should be annoyed by all the diversions Trump has used to make you vote against your own best interests. He plays you like suckers and you never figure it out.
