I was not told to take a seat, he simply was rude. It is legal to approach an officer.

Had he told me to leave, I would have given him space, but stayed and watched.

I am not complaining about how he treated me, I am complaining about him stopping people without legal justification.

He was illegally stopped, I have called the chief of police and the mayor. COP has not called me back, but the mayor said she would talk with him.
