It is the validation of the Seperation of Powers, establishes an independent Judiciary which the Founders established as a check on the other two Branches

No one knows how it will it end, usually some form of compromise is reached. Trump hopes, rather plans, it will be extended to his SCOTUS, but even his lemmings there know if they kiss Trump’s ass continuously their legacy will deteriorate even further, the last thing Roberts wants is history ranking his Court along side the Taney Court

Especially considering Musk owns a major social network site, imagine what he could turn selling names, addresses, and finances to advertising entities, not to mention the algorithms he could create to enhance himself

Why would he sell names, addresses, and finances to advertising entities? I would imagine there are easier ways to get that stuff. Ever accepted cookies on a website?
