An Hispanic friend of mine, here legally with a work permit, just got pulled over in front of my office.

I spoke with the officer who could not articulate a reason for the stop. They told me he was in a truck, (regular truck, nothing to indicate it is a work truck) and they wanted to see if he had a work permit.

The officers were rude and defensive. I sat and watched, they let him go.

This will not be tolerated, I already called the chief of police and two city counsel members. Pretextual stope are illegal. While I have no evidence, I feel its very likely they pulled him because he has an Hispanic name after they ran his DL. He was about a half a mile from a license plate reader that I know about.

This type of violation of people's Constitutional Rights should not be tolerated in our Country.
 
There is a great deal of repressed fascism/racism across all US police forces, just like there is elsewhere. That's the nature of those who receive licences to use force against their fellow men and women and get paid for it. Electing a fascist as president releases that repression. Just look at all the JPP racists cheerleading international criminality under Tromp.

If so, where's your evidence?

If none is forthcoming with the next 10 seconds, your assertion is summarily dismissed - with prejudice.

I doubt that he has a Hispanic friend.

ICE is removing thousands under the expedited removal process.

The reason Trump actually has a lower deportation rate than Biden, is because Trump is making law enforcement waste time and resources chasing innocent people.

Last week my wife saw ICE swarm a Hispanic guy on the beach, but they ended up letting him go scott free, undoubtedly because he was either a citizen or was here legally.

The ones that Biden deported came back through his open borders.

The border is essentially closed now.
