Section 1324 title 8 makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live here. So there is no need for a state law. 1324 is a real law written by congress not a false law written by unelected judges.

Why It Matters​

Tennessee is among an increasing number of Republican states looking to enact bills intended to help Trump's hard-line immigration agenda.

The 1982 Supreme Court decision in Plyler v. Doe guaranteed children of families living in the country unlawfully the right to attend public schools. In a 5-4 ruling, the court determined it was unconstitutional to deny children an education based on their immigration status. However, some conservative lawmakers have questioned whether immigrants without legal residency should retain this right.

In 1982 the SCOTUS was paid a huge bribe by mexico to give free k-12 to illegals even though nothing in our constitution says that. Plyler v Doe was even worse than roe v wade.

Some public school teachers might be upset because they'll have fewer victims to molest.
 
Illegals are ruining our schools. The kids don't care about education since their "dream" is to live off american welfare like their parents do. In their culture school is just free daycare and free food.
 
Smaller classes for children of legal citizens is apparently bad, according to poorly educated and socially promoted left burb brat dopers.

Yes, and we could do better without tripling the expense in order to feed illegal aliens. Until we on-shore back a lot more high productivity jobs to the U.S., no need to have people dying in ditches just because some ideologue sociopaths like the idea of that. We also need to stop stripping off our topsoil just to ship food to people who would kill us if they thought they could get away with it, and we can stop selling big Ag companies and farmland to Red Chinese Cadre corporations here.

Last but not least, just deport all the commies and terrorist fans and scam artists. A population of around 160 to 180 million would be just fine and reduce demands on utilities and highways and inflationary prices for basic necessities. Some say around 120 million would be ideal. We fought wars on three fronts simultaneously, while supplying our allies at the same time with a population of only 132 million, and we didn't have near the automation and tech we have today.

When those issues are taken care of, then we can reduce Federal aid to working class people.
