How do you deport someone?

You can only take legal action if you have jurisdiction?

Do you understand the meaning of jurisdiction?
Do you understand you came here illegally now get the fuck out?

I fully understand where you're going here dipshit but it's not going down like that. You're trying to have a "gotcha" about the 14th.

The MAGA SCOTUS will make that clear enough when it arrives.

May I ask why it's so important to you to have open borders and birth right citizenship?

You still got nothing?
Well, Merriam-Webster, I guess that settles it, lol. That's where SCOTUS turns to when they need to rule.
Still nothing. I understand, must pretend to keep up your argument.

The writings of the people who drafted and ratified the 14th Amendment aren't "nothing". It's clear this was never intended to grant citizenship to the children of illegal aliens. It's not even arguable. Your lame attempt to use non legal dictionary definitions to interpret the Constitution is lame. You only fall for these issued talking points because you are told to.

Cite to there writings?

They intended to confirm citizenship to anyone born here and under our jurisdiction. That includes newborns whose parents were here illegally.

They did not want an underclass of people not entitled to citizenship, they did now want a new type of slavery.

Look it up yourself.

Complete nonsense, and utter ignorance.
They did not want an underclass of people not entitled to citizenship, they did now want a new type of slavery.
Citation required.

My argument is the clear meaning and the obvious intent.
No, it's not. Whether you accept that or not, until you clarify your original vague statements to others who are saying they can't understand what you are saying, it's on you for not being clear to them. Give examples of what you mean. That would help.

What do you believe the word jurisdiction means? If they only wanted it to be limited to one type of jurisdiction, why did they use the more general word?

How do you deport someone if they are not under your jurisdiction?
You cannot. If you go to court saying you want to deport them, they point out that you have no jurisdiction, and you have to release them.
