Texas father is under investigation after using his 3-month-old baby to wipe snow off a car during a winter storm on January 21.

In a now-deleted video, the 25-year-old laughed while sliding the baby across the front and back windshields of a Hyundai Elantra.

The Port Arthur Police Department and Child Protective Services are investigating.

Authorities are reviewing the man's criminal history.

An arrest warrant is expected to be issued next week through the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office
