Hey, here's an idea that will make EVERYONE happy!

In exchange for letting Trump ALTER the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution to eliminate Birthright CItizenship we on the Left can ask for a few minor modifications to the 2nd. Not even eliminating it, just altering it slightly to see if we can moderate the death.

Sounds fair.

Of course "compromise" doesn't compute for many on the Right but this is how things USED to be done in the US. Trading.

I'm NOT saying that you can just trade the amendments... I'm saying that we on the LEft will be glad to consider the OPTION OF ELIMINTATING Birthright Citizenship through proper channels if we are allowed to consider the OPTION of say, removing a comma from the 2d Amendment.
