Please, he called out the mayor for trying to throw more red tape in the way of folks beginning to rebuild. That lady could not have been worse. That wasn't a photo op, that was a reprimand for a terrible leader who has just discovered that sometimes you actually do reap what you sow.

Yes, call it red tape if you want, but rebuilding to the way it was, sets them up for another disaster. Changing the code is why another Andrew wouldn’t cause anywhere close to the deviation now.
