That's why Reagan's economic policies were so similar; both of them were dependent on Volcker's 'bail out the rich, crush the working classes' economic policies. The middle class later found out they were next in line, but before that sunk in they were dancing in the streets for a few years there. Now the middle class is gutted, and deservedly so.

No pity need be spared for them; let them try to day trade their way out of the hole in the Big Casino Economy they all begged for.
