One more thing IF you ever read the Agreement you will see It says right in there that we do not recognize the Taliban as an entity to even talk to.
But you want to stay ignorant and not even bother to read it.

What " Imperial Empire "?
It was Trump representing the USA.
And it is an agreement Trump signed and it gave the Taliban everything they were fighting for for 20 years and helped them gets seats in the Afghan government so they had a foot in the door to take it over.
It also states we will help them to get recognized by other countries as being the ruling party in Afghanistan and help them financially.
It also states that the Taliban would insure that ALL our and our allies troops got out safe, and we all know how that worked out.
