if they are law abiding they should be allowed to form, it is better to know where our enemies are than not...

So law abiding citizens are your enemy?

law abiding to the extent that they do not advocate the overthrow of the government by force or violence and gather weapons legally but appear to have an agenda of anti some group e.g., race or religion

i may not like such groups or even consider them enemies, but i hope they continue to advertise on the internet

it is when such groups go underground or off the grid to gather and plot that i worry about them

however, if you may notice that none of them are large enough to be a problem for any national guard unit or worse care u s of a military unit to handle

it may surprise you to know that i oppose most gun control measures and have firearms that i periodically practice with...

So, you do consider law abiding citizens your enemy because they use their second amendment right to bear arms and form a militia? That was your statement right? Can you pick a square and land on it already???

Your childish insults are baseless.

Remember the deadly attack by Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols that killed 168 people – the deadliest domestic-based terrorist attack in US history and, before the September 11, 2001 attacks, the deadliest act of terrorism in US history?

Would you seriously attempt to excuse this monstrous crime based on their Constitutional right to bear arms? Is your hatred of your own duly-elected government that deep and twisted?

You can't think good, can you, Cletus?

You logic, or lack thereof, is damning.

Got anything substantive to say?

Didn't think so.

For the adults who want to examine facts, consider this: The Souther Poverty Law Center's March "Rage on the Right" report documented 512 antigovernment so-called "Patriot" groups.

According to the SPLC, there's been a 244 percent increase in the number of these tiny splinter groups since Barack Obama was inaugurated.

Unfortunately this appears to be a phenomenon that is not going away anytime soon, and thankfully the authorities seem to be stopping most of the "Patiots" before anything tragic occurred.

But it is another sobering reminder that anti-government rhetoric coupled with racist hatred, like that witnessed during the health care debate, has the potential to incite those on the fringe.
