Let's assume for a moment that one- or another-way Netanyahu and Gallant are arrested and brought before the ICC. Let's further assume Israel simply elects new leadership and continues on blasting Gaza. The ICC is a meaningless, worthless court. It can do nothing. It might as well not exist.

It isn't. The ICC is a farce. It's a mockery of justice. It's an injustice.

Being a member state of the ICC is like having a job and never having to do anything while you're at it. For a nation to arrest Netanyahu or Gallant, they risk demolition of their own access to diplomatic immunity. Third party nations to anything would see it as a reason to not have diplomatic relations at all.

In effect, by this action, the ICC is threatening worldwide use of diplomatic immunity for every nation on the planet. I'm betting that few, if any, nations want that to happen. That means the ICC gets kicked to the curb, member nation or not, and the farce that they are just becomes more exposed.
 
Incredibly deluded dumbass believes that there is ' diplomatic immunity ' for slaughtering 24,000 children , over 20,000 other people and attempting to starve millions to death. ^^

The ICC has the potential to save the weak from the inhuman excesses of the militarily strong. Cowards, such as yourself - and Teflon Don, above ^ believe that you are going to remain cocooned against retribution by strength of arms. That's why it is imperative that there are always foreign states with equally powerful militaries to winkle you out and expose your cowardice and brutality to populations more illuminated that half of the USA.
