Present your evidence that vote counting that takes time results in fraud. You have nothing but a circular argument. Who is taking weeks to count the majority of the ballots? Which state didn't have 90% of the ballots counted after one week? This is where the eyes and ears start to matter. Tell us which states had less than 90% of their ballots counted by Nov 13th.
Then the argument that the time to count ballots is evidence of fraud is ridiculous since it is based on circular reasoning. Not only that, it doesn't tell us which side is committing the fraud. Since Trump won when it took a long time to count ballots then we can based on your idiotic reasoning conclude that it is Trump that cheated.

Math is hard for you. If we accept your number of 99.99% then it would mean only 330 people from Wisconsin are stationed overseas and there were no provisional ballots. By the way, it is estimated that currently on Nov 21 that only 99% of Wisconsin ballots have been counted

Tell us which states currently have 99.99% of the vote counted and provide your evidence to support it. No media outlet is willing to declare that 99.99% of the vote is counted. One of the reasons for that is ballots that are rejected for whatever reason usually have to be hand counted to see if the voter intent is clear. Write in votes are not machine counted. They have to be hand counted. This takes time.

I'll give a big hint for your eyes and ears. As of Nov 13th, one week after the election, the national vote total was 97.5% of what it is today.
