What the left doesn't understand about deportations

When we say mass deportations, it doesn't mean going door to door. I know that is what JPP leftists think, more like hope, will happen. They have been watching too many History Channel documentaries on Hitler.

There are many ways to get people deported

1) First and foremost is remove the proverbial magnets for these illegal immigrants. No more freebies from the federal government. No housing, no food, no healthcare, no job permits. Nothing. With no lifeline, they just go back home

2) For these states that want to sound tough and act like they are going to stand in the way of President Trump enforcing existing law, I have news for them. It is against the law to harbor illegal aliens. Yeah, that's right. Just put one of these Mayors/Governors in jail for violating the law. You guys loved seeing politicians doing a perp walk when you thought it would be Trump, let's see how you like it now when it is a democrat who actually broke the law which they are doing today

3) Trump can just hit them where it hurts. Their pocket books. Withold highway funds until they comply. Just like the federal government did to coerce states to raise drinking age to 21

Remember folks, all we are advocating is following EXISTING law. No new laws. Trump need not pass any new laws. So fuck congress.

No one wants many of the nut jobs who post here... I don't know how most of them either keep the job they have or get one to begin with... If I was their employer they'd be gone... Or never get hired in the beginning...

I suspect most of 'em are retired or on some form of disability welfare.
 
First, the new administration will seek to deport quickly those illegal immigrants who are deemed national security threats. At the same time, it will pursue illegal immigrants with criminal records. It will assign priority to the illegals whose cases have already been adjudicated and were previously ordered to de deported.

Last year, Immigration and Customs Enforcement reported that as of Sept. 30, 2023, there were 1,292,830 people in the U.S. illegally who have already had full legal due process and have already received a final deportation order from an immigration judge.

Ironically, the Trump administration will rely on a document known as the Mayorkas Memorandum to deport other illegals.

On Sept. 30, 2021, Joe Biden's Department of Homeland Security head Alejandro Mayorkas sent that administration’s top immigration officials a set of guidelines for enforcing immigration law.

In the memo, Mayorkas laid out the Biden Administration's rules for deporting illegal immigrants.

“We will prioritize for apprehension and removal noncitizens who are a threat to our national security, public safety, and border security,” Mayorkas wrote.

The first group is terrorists and spies.

The second is known criminals.

Then there is the third group, the "threats to border security", as defined by the Biden Administration.

“A noncitizen who poses a threat to border security is a priority for apprehension and removal,” Mayorkas wrote.

“A noncitizen is a threat to border security if (a) they are apprehended at the border or port of entry while attempting to unlawfully enter the United States; or (b) they are apprehended in the United States after unlawfully entering after November 1, 2020.”

When the Trump Administration applies the Nov. 1, 2020, Biden rules - the Mayorkas standard - by deporting those who had most recently crossed illegally into the U.S., Democrats will have no basis for complaint whatsoever.
 
I just drove home from Arizona and went through two separate immigration check points - both hundreds of miles from the border

so correct, we don't need to knock on doors, and we don't even need to start doing anything not already being done - just expand on it

You said it all quite well!

#1 describes how "self-deportation" would work (beyond the number of illegals who are already choosing to just up and leave because they heard that Trump won, and that Homan is the now border czar, and that Trump and Homan aren't playing any games).

#2 is precisely what I'd love to see. Start going after the criminal Demonkkkrats for a change.

LOL. Laws are not enforced anymore. A convicted felon has had his sentencing delayed indefinitely because he's a powerful white man. I think we need to be clear moving forward that by "laws" we mean things applied ONLY to brown people and people the Administration deems to be "bad" or "counterrevolutionaries".

It's also against the law to work without the proper visa in the US. But Trump just appointed a man who made his first millions DOING THAT VERY THING. He broke the laws and took opportunities away from actual AMERICANS.

They can definitely do that. Thankfully there's no laws that Trump has to follow (per SCOTUS) so it's a one-way thing. He gets to put all the pressure on....maybe even asking for things like "votes" when he needs 'em. But no one can stand against the king. That is forbidden.

Trump doesn't need Congress but he's got 'em if he wants 'em. Already the House Republicans have TO A PERSON voted to hide the report on Matt Gaetz (probably because it is shows Matt to be SO INNOCENT people wouldn't believe he isn't Jesus Christ risen again!)

So we know there is NO LINE beyond which the GOP will gladly go. They will do as they are told. And like it!
