President Donald Trump’s administration is poised to oversee major cuts to the powers of the National Labor Relations Board, the federal agency that promotes the interests of powerful Democrat-supporting unions, as dozens of employers, including Jeff Bezos's Amazon and Elon Musk’s SpaceX, file lawsuits.

This week, Amazon, the nation’s second-largest private employer, and rocket maker SpaceX, argued in federal court that the structure of the NLRB is unconstitutional.

They are among two dozen cases that seek to drastically rein in the unelected board’s power.

President Trump's advisers have separately discussed firing the Democrat members of the five-person board for bias in favor of unions and illegal overreach.

Nobody said otherwise. But fat-cat union bosses have given nearly a billion bucks to Democrats. That money was extorted from the rank-and-file, who in many cases are forced to pay dues and have no say in how the money is used.
