Trump won with the broadest coalition in decades. The question is whether this is unique to Trump or if the GOP can capitalize on it. I suspect the former. But, the left is in trouble. The question is whether they can learn from their ass beating. Judging by JPP leftists, I would say it is not looking good

I fear that what happened Tuesday night was a trump thing not a GOP thing but trump has laid out for the GOP how to be successful in the future. What I fear is the GOP will not follow Trump's lead because they so many Republicans would rather be popular than do the right think. I hope future GOP candidates will remember that Trump won the votes of the broadest coalition in decades, as you correctly noted, which will be the root of our future success. Democrats are now the party of elitists who have no regard for Americans.
