Kamala Concedes (Video)

Amazing, Harris is doing the right thing, resetting an example of what democracy is suppose to be about, wasting no time recognizing the peaceful transfer of power, 180 opposite of their Messiah, and they are bashing her, beautiful

It's a reflection of a guilty conscience about what happened in 2020.

I hope MAGA feels like the gullible fools that they are for going all in on the Big Lie and supporting Trump's infantile behavior.

Her speech was anything but conciliatory. It was a combative, rabble-rouser type speech, using the word "fight" probably 15 times and even taking a jab at the new President-Elect, who won in a landslide.

I can't remember - how was Trump's speech in 2020?
The thread is about her speech. You can't refute my observation so you want to make it about Trump. Not taking the bait. This is about her speech and it was negative and combative. If you can prove that wrong, please do.

It's about a concession speech. I think it's within the parameters to comment that we never saw one in 2020, and that critiques of the current one ring a bit hollow as a result.

Not at all. First, she took over 12 hours to surface although her supporters stood outside until the morning's wee hours. It was a done deal she had lost around 2:00 am. She didn't care. After hiding out all day, she emerged at 4:00 and gave a nasty speech which made Hillary's speech look like an award winner. And it was compared to that rambling, community organizer-styled "speech."

No question why she lost, that's for sure.

So, as long as you're going back to Hillary's - why didn't Trump give one in 2020.....ever? He went well past a day. He didn't give one the next week the next month, or ever. He didn't go to the inauguration. He didn't meet w/ Biden afterwards.

These are all standard AMERICAN traditions, and there is a reason for that. They're not just obligatory. They help heal a nation after a divisive election, and help us all come together again. It's why grown-ups do these things.

And the current President-elect just couldn't do it. Because he's all about himself - not America. I think it's worth commenting on.
