Trump's plane landed about 10:04 p.m. though he didn't come out for some time after that, beginning his speech at 10:30 p.m. When Trump arrived, there were significantly fewer people at the venue compared to when his speech was scheduled to start. But the main area in front of the hangar still appeared completely full and there were still some supporters in the overflow area.

Three hours blathering to Rogan while his supporters stand in the cold waiting for him... well, we all know he's a narcissist with a total lack of empathy. This is just another example.
