Given this history, one might conclude that Republicans believe a majority vote is sufficient to increase the deficit and benefit the super-rich, but not to reduce the deficit and benefit the middle class. Alternatively, perhaps Republicans believe a majority vote is appropriate only when Republicans are in the majority. Either way, we disagree.

I stand humbly corrected.

The tea bag party convention, or whatever this is, is not 99.8% white dudes, as I falsely asserted.

It's 99.7% white dudes, 0.0001% asian, 0.01% female, and 0.0001% hispanic and black.


On the other hand, another plausible explanation is that this is some sort of convention for gay dudes. The demographic make up of the Tea Bag Party, and gay organizations is strangely very similar.
