Donald Trump is falsely alleging immigrants’ genetics make them predisposed to committing the crime of murder, and says immigrants coming into the U.S. have “a lot of bad genes.”

The ex-president, a convicted felon running again for the White House falsely alleged his democratic presidential opponent, Vice President Harris, has allowed 13,000 murderers to enter the country. That figure is the sum total of all people convicted of murder who have crossed the border over the past 40 years, NBC News reported, including during Trump’s time as president. It also incudes people who may currently be in state or federal prison.

I never suggested that Americans of different ethnicities can't live together.
America is ethnically diverse, always will be,
so Americans of different ethnicities MUST learn to do a better job of living together
than they're doing now....if we wish to preserve the republic.

I simply said, and I was right saying it,
that culturally homogeneous nations have that advantage over us--little ethnic animosity.
We obviously have lots of it here.

Calling our ethnic diversity a "strength" is wishful thinking at the most childish level.
Our ethnic diversity is a huge challenge with which we must get better at dealing.

I never said that we can't.
I said that we must
because we're always going to be diverse and have no choice.

I've also said that we haven't done particularly well with doing it so far.
Ethic animosity right now is rampant in this country.
That's the reality, whether we want to admit it or not.
We must make an effort to do better--even though some of us don't seem to want to try.

However, to say that solidarity doesn't come easier,
with less effort,
to more homogeneous nations
is to deny reality.

I believe in what I see
which isn't always what I would want to be true.

I never said that we can't get along as a multi-cultural nation.
I've said that we won't unless we make a better effort than we're doing now.
But we have to, because our diversity is never going away.
That's what you don't pick up in my posts.

However, with race and ethnicity put aside,
I often think that we're too IDEOLOGICALLY diverse to ever get along.
We're even worse reconciling our political differences than we are our cultural ones.
