How they call people is not methodology of how they calculate their results. It doesn't tell us how many people were called, how many answered or what the questions were, let alone how they calculated the results based on who answered.

I see no credible source saying that they are not transparent to industry standards.

I see that 538 gives them a low transparency score (3.3/10), but I note that I no longer think much of 538....and I am sure that public polls are now in the main fiction.
