This is false.

While Congress hasn’t formally declared a war in decades, American troops are certainly in combat zones around the world."

Trump told over a dozen lies like the one above that the moderators said nothing about. They just went for the whoppers.

No he did not, the moderators fact checked Trump but not Heels Up Harris.

Frank Fahrenkopf said the ABC moderators injected themselves on the behalf of Harris.
