Only if the white Dutch guy claimed he was acting on behalf of an Islamic Terrorist group, that supplied him with the explosives, and that has committed such acts in the past and

Its not because of the color of his skin so much as it is about him appearing simular in nature to those who bombed us. If you want to call that racism, okay its about racism. If this guy were named Mark Jones and were white we would not be having this discussion.

Who gets to make the decision that this guy does not qualify for 15th Amendment Due Process rights?
