All that's going to do is prove to the truthers that Obama is even more inept than Bush, since Obama can't even orchestrate a terrorist attack on the people of the US faster than Bush/Cheney did.

So what you are saying is that the policies Bush put in place have kept America safe?

That the 'fight the terrorists over there' strategy is working?

Good to know... thanks for sharing Jarod.

Your hero Bill Clinton lasted a whole 37 days before a successful major terrorist attack....so whats your point, moron.....???

Bush also had unemployment at half it's current level for nearly all of his administration. And less debt.

So by your scoring system, Obama 1, Bush 2.

1) Id rather unemployment like it is than 9.11.01

2) Lets put Reagan on that scale???

Maybe, that may be it... but if so, give President Obama credit for not destroying it!

So in your world, Bush gets credit for a hangover of terrorist policy, but not economic policy?

WASHINGTON — A Senate committee on Thursday opened the first public hearings into the Fort Hood shootings, with several legislators asserting that the incident in which 13 people were killed was a terrorist attack by a homegrown extremist who may have slipped past law enforcement and military authorities.

Reporting from New York - In what was described as an act of terrorism, a Nigerian passenger attempted to ignite an incendiary device aboard a Northwest Airlines flight from Amsterdam to Detroit on Friday as the plane began its approach for landing, federal officials said. Other passengers overpowered the man and the plane landed safely.

Where did I state that Jarod?

I have harped against Bush's economic policies for years. His tax cuts, while necessary at the time, were not sustainable without corresponding spending cuts. I have said this numerous times.

I have also said his inaction (and that of Congress) allowed the financial crisis to become what it is today. The actions of Clinton and the Rep Congress in removing Glass Steagall was a colossal mistake... Bush did nothing to fix that. He also sat by and said nothing as Greenspan kept rates far to low for far too long. He also backed down to Barney Frank when the questions arose about Fannie and Freddies financial solvency.

Bush certainly played a large role in where we are today economically.

That said, the difference in your little attempt at a gotcha is that the terrorist attack situation maintained the status quo from when Bush left office until now. Whereas the economy has become worse.

The economy is sooo much better. Is the DOW an indicator of the economy? Is a decrease in the rate of unemployment an indicator of the economy? Is an increase in home sales an indicator of the economy? Is an increase in manufacturing output an indicator of the economy?

WEll?
